This policy explains how Limitly - Screen Time Controller handles information. It applies specifically to this application.

2. Information used on your device
Limitly accesses application usage information, such as application identifiers, usage times and durations, to calculate screen time, show usage summaries and apply the limits you configure. It reads the names, identifiers and icons of installed applications so you can choose which applications to manage.
Screen-time information, selected applications, limits, focus and bedtime settings, progress, and custom reminder text are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not send your screen-time history or installed-application list to our own servers or to RevenueCat.
3. Android permissions
- Usage access: To read application usage and identify the active application for screen-time features.
- Display over other apps: To show screen companions, reminders and limit overlays. This permission is not used to capture screenshots or read the contents of other applications.
- Application visibility: To list installed applications for selection and identify applications covered by your rules.
- Notifications: To display service notifications and scheduled reminders.
- Background operation: Foreground services, boot handling, wake locks and battery-optimization settings support the operation of the limits and reminders you enable.
- Internet and billing: To connect to subscription services and manage purchases.
You can manage access in Android settings. Revoking an access permission may disable the associated feature.
4. Purchases and third-party services
RevenueCat manages purchase validation and premium access. It processes purchase history, receipts, subscription status and an app user identifier, which may be generated anonymously. Google Play handles payments; we do not receive your card details. RevenueCat transmits data using encryption.

5. Advertising
This application does not currently display advertisements.
6. Other information and sharing
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle support or privacy requests. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
If you choose to share a report or image using your device's share feature, the information you select is sent to the application or recipient you choose. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information. Purchase-related information is processed by the service providers described above to support purchases and premium access.
7. Retention and deletion
Local application records remain on your device until removed through available application or device controls. Clearing application storage or uninstalling the application removes its local records; operating-system backups may be retained separately under your device settings.
Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete purchase records held by RevenueCat or Google Play, and does not cancel an active subscription. Their retention practices and applicable legal obligations govern those records. Contact us to request assistance with deletion of records associated with this application. Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions through Google Play.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to hello@bluff-labs.com, naming the application. We may request the information needed to locate relevant records and verify the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the application's data practices change. The latest version is published at this address with a revised update date. Where required, we will also provide notice or request consent within the application.
