Terms of Use
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of Mafia Resistance, provided by Bluff Labs. By using the application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application. If you are a minor, obtain any parent or legal guardian permission required by applicable law for use and purchases.
2. License to use the application
The application is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the store from which you obtained it. The application is intended for personal gaming and entertainment.
3. Purchases and premium access
Available products, included features, price, currency, subscription period and any trial conditions are shown on the purchase screen. A purchase includes the content and features described in the selected offer. Payments are processed by the store through which you purchase. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and manage premium access.
If a one-time or “lifetime” product is offered, it provides the access described on the purchase screen without a recurring subscription fee. Its scope is defined by that offer; the label does not guarantee compatibility with every device or indefinite operation of the service. These terms do not override commitments made at purchase or your statutory rights.
4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until cancelled. Renewal terms and cancellation deadlines are shown by the store at purchase. Uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription.
Manage purchases using the account through which you bought them:
- Google Play: the Subscriptions page. Google Play cancellation help.
- If an Apple App Store version is offered: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Apple cancellation help.
Refund requests are subject to the purchasing store's refund rules and applicable consumer rights. To restore purchases, use the same store account and the restore option where available in the application. Transfers between platforms are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the purchase offer.
5. Using the application
You control game settings and local sessions. Respect players' privacy and rights when entering their information or custom text.
Permissions, network connectivity, operating-system changes and store service availability can affect some features. Revoking a permission may disable its associated feature. This application does not currently display advertisements.
6. Intellectual property and prohibited use
The application's software, designs and content belong to Bluff Labs or their respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer the application without authorization, or bypass payment and access controls. Do not use the application for unlawful purposes or to infringe other people's rights.
7. Availability and statutory rights
Uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available.” This provision does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, commitments made at purchase, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy and store terms
The Privacy Policy for this application explains how information is handled. The relevant terms of the store through which you purchase also apply. For applications obtained from Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA supplies the license terms unless another applicable license is specified in the store listing.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the application or services change. The latest version and its date are published on this page. We will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights you have already acquired.
